Slow check in. Changed room on first night. Second day there was no water. Did not inform that water was shut down. Called 3 times and was connected to engineering- who did not give any info. Finally had to go to the reservation desk and wait in the line at around 6 am . They offered to change the room. Had to change room again . Not one apology from management or compensation. Did not even offer water to clean.

The place is nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the bedroom tv would not turn off. I had to unplug it. It was quiet and relaxing. It is close enough to the strip if you want hit a casino or a show, and you don’t have to deal with the loud noise. It was a little weird to have the bath tub in the bedroom. But for couples that could be a plus.

Clean room. Staff services were up to par.
