When we arrived at the hotel and contacted with the Agent, we were told that NO ROOM was lept for us and we were told to Grab to another hotel for 2 days (which was much poor in terms of facilities, even no micro-wave oven was provided and broken bed) for checking in. There was self serve laundry room and a small supermarket on ground floor (there were also a new Japanese restaurant next door which was good) There was a gym which was almost empty most of the time - but could do with a bit more equipments.
