“Property is in a great location. Walking distance to nearly everything fun and food related. Tons of space for a family to move around and still have their own personal space. Pool is large and is covered so kids were able to swim even when it was raining. The staff were incredibly kind and hospitable. Grab was convenient to get as well from the hotel. I wouldn’t mind staying here again.”

“Our stay was okay, but a few small details could be improved. The studio wasn’t on the highest floor as expected, there was no hand wash, and only half a roll of toilet paper was provided. These simple touches would make a big difference, especially for families travelling from afar. We were also asked to cancel our unrefundable booking, which caused some confusion, and check-in instructions were not sent 24 hours in advance, making arrival less smooth. “The security is not well equipped about the Antara Genting faciltiy Education and information needed to be given to them in order to direct the customers there One of the security said there is no sauna available but infact there is one in the gym. Otherwise my stay was ok beside the microwave and the hot plate was not working in unit 4901. I should have asked for help but it was over and it was ok overall. I love the stay, it was top notch actually.”
