The rooms are clean and it's pretty good value for the money. 5 star hotel rating is a bit generous considering the amenities are not that superb, and staff range from very friendly and helpful to a bit confused.The area is fairly central which is nice. Elevators are slow, especially to the pool, but it's not the biggest deal. Speaking of the pool, it's cool but rather crowded.

The room was clean, functional, and tidied daily. While not the most luxurious, it was spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The pool and gym facilities were quite nice, and overall, the property is well-suited for a short visit of a few days. The reception and concierge staff were exceptionally polite and accommodating. My first assigned room had some issues—specifically, the bedroom air conditioning wasn't working properly, and the unit itself appeared worn, with stained floors and surfaces. When I raised these concerns, management first attempted to resolve the problems and then promptly moved me to a different unit.

Room was very spacious and decor was nice. Sofa was dusty and needed cushions, quite uncomfortable without them. Some staff were very rude ... There are other brands in the same building and they are rude to residents who are not with their brand. A staff member in the bat looked to get me to pay MYR500 cash to himself for a better table at new years eve!

The hotel is a good hotel but with a few changes could be excellent. The rooms are spacey with nice views and the beds very comfortable BUT the lifts are a total nightmare with queuing and overcrowding commonplace. We stayed 3 nights and didn’t get our room cleaned once. Housekeeping seemed over loaded with too much work on. We called down for extra towels to use the pool and I’m still waiting for those! There’s not enough sun beds at the pool. We didn’t get to use one at all during our stay which isn’t ideal for a winter sun break! Breakfast is in the sister hotel next door which is strange because they won’t let you use the pool in this hotel…….
