3rd Stay and there will be more!

This is our 3rd stay here in Pan Pacific and we will definitely come back as the location is superb! Close to everything but far enough away from the busy streets just outside Pavilion Mall. Ms. Farah was amazing! So friendly and personable when she checked us in and also what a friendly smile to greet us at breakfast. The only thing that I could find that was the not so pleasant were the smells/odours that were the emanating from the drain from the bathroom floor. Occasionally it would clear up but it was there during our entire stay. I would suggest that the hotel conduct more frequent sanitising cleaning throughout their drainage system. Other than this the room was very clean and everything in great working order.

We had a great stay at this great property, which is in a fab location in KL. The suite was spacious and spotless, and very comfortable. Breakfast offered plenty choice for all pallets, and is served in a lovely room by the pool. I’d highly recommend for a city break on KL. However, our stay ended on a disappointing note with damaged clothes due to bleach in the pool area, and whilst the hotel staff was empathetic and promised to investigate, we’re still awaiting an outcome.

Sensational beautiful and clean hotel staffed by friendly personnel. Very convenient to Pavilion shopping centre, food street Jalan Alors and smack in the middle of shopping area and night life. The washer/dryer in the apartment is super convenient as with the tropical weather, I showered and changed clothes at least three times a day. I have planned to return next year.

Excellent accommodation right in the heart of Buit Bintang and loads to see and do to absorb the local culture. Breakfast okay but after a few days becomes a little bit monotonous and could do with more options but probably just being picky.. went to some other places for breakfast which was reasonable. Excellent apartment and facilities were great. Impeccably clean and staff who were wonderful. We will be back to this wonderfully vibrant city 🙏
