Restaurants are really overpriced for what they offer

It was nice. Nothing spectacular but comfortable. Hotel is starting to show its age with mildew, fan in bathroom not working. But it was good.

The location was pretty good, very clean and nice stuff, near to restaurants and market , very beautiful view.

Could use more cutlery, dishes, etc. Also a shelf or something in the shower for shampoo instead of the floor. Overall the condo was clean and comfortable.

The room looked quite dated but was clean and the bathroom was nicely renovated. Disappointed the hot tub was not operational. Friendly staff in all areas!

We liked the seperate loft bedroom and gas fireplace. Location was great to restaurants!!

Lovely location; close to all Sun Peaks amenities and access to green snowshoe trail right behind the property. Beautiful breakfast with good selection. Richard addressed any questions and concerns immediately and with good cheer.

Myself and 3 others stayed here (Crystal Forest) during the Spartan Race in September 2015. We had a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a full kitchen, living room, balcony, fireplace, sofa bed and best of all- our own hot tub!! Each place comes with its own hot tub which is absolutely fantastic ...

Facilities were spacious and comfortable. Would stay again

The staff have always been sweet and accommodating. Rooms are older but always clean. I’ve only stayed there in the winter so haven’t seen the hot tub working. Beds only have a sheet and one thin blanket I would prefer an actual quilt or thicker blanket I always have to bring my own in

Some rooms face the Main line railway tracks and hence are noisy at night

Had a very lovely gardens. They also had places to plug in your can, as we stade when it was very cold.

Nice hotel, parking was very convenient. Location of hotel is hard to find.

New Reno’s super nice place no need to charge for parking when underground was empty. Just a cash grap disappointing
