I really like the staff and the convenient location. I love the rubber duckie in the room. Just a good solid place to stay in Kamloops
This hotel is great for families. The kids loved the pool and the breakfast was perfect for them. I plan on staying here again next time I am in Kamloops.
Easy to find. Clean. Good breakfast. Large rooms. Close to shopping and restaurants.
All was great. service was super, like to have a bigger breakfast area with a little more selection.
Had a very lovely gardens. They also had places to plug in your can, as we stade when it was very cold.
The location was pretty good, very clean and nice stuff, near to restaurants and market , very beautiful view.
Nice hotel, parking was very convenient. Location of hotel is hard to find.

everything was lovely. The thing we didn't like was the parking area and the entry and exit from the parking lot. Staff were very kind and helpful,. The room and breakfast room were nice.

Yet we had a noisy group to our right which bemused us given we barely bumped into another patron. Clean and nice property ...
Convenient location and generally very comfortable, clean and quiet. Only thing we didn’t like was the pool which was way too small.
Very good overall—-decent breakfast, spacious room, and nice swimming pool and water slide for kids.
We liked the seperate loft bedroom and gas fireplace. Location was great to restaurants!!
I had very nice room with king size bed and sofa. From one si
Very comfortable beds! Great breakfast selections! We didn’t like that the curtains didn’t close and there was a light outside in the parking lot so the room wasn’t dark.
Definitely should not advertise city view! I have a power pole outside my window. I usually stay at the coast, The staff are fantastic! But for an extra $50 a night I don’t think that it’s worth it.
the room which was offered to me was not soundproof. We hear every conversation from next to my room. Due to the sound from the next room, I had hard to make my daughter sleep. there was a door in the wall in between, I could see the light of the other room from corners of that door. By the way I ...
