There was no one at the front desk when we got there. It was an inconvenience for us to phone them then they didn’t answer, and tried it again and again. For the third time, they finally answer and told them we need to check in. We requested more coffee but that never came. We stayed 2 nights. Room is clean otherwise, plus spacious and there’s kitchenette so that’s a plus.

This property is well situated in Sunpeaks Village, in the midst of all the shops and close to the primary ski lifts, golf course and other amenities. Front desk staff were friendly but the back office person (?manager) was quite dismissive and not very willing to respond to questions or address concerns. The suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. There is seating for 4-5, plus the dinette. There is no air conditioning, so the unit was very hot, in spite of a recent dip in temperature. Parking is underground, and well lighted, and BC fragrant. This location needs to repair its ice machines. We did not use the hot tub. Pets are not permitted at this facility. It was good value, but there are other locations in the village that step up their hospitality a bit better.

Location of this hotel has a huge advantage for skiers. Hotel is old but clean. Only one elevator in peak hours made waiting time long especially you have luggages for check out. I used stairs most of the time during my stay and they are bright and clean.
