It was fantastic, the staff was great, very friendly and provided great service with a smile. The bed was fantastic probably the most comfortable motel bed I have ever slept on.

Staff wasnt very nice nor helpful. Also the place is run down. For a super 8 the worst one I’ve stayed in. And I’m a trucker. Cleanliness TV size and channels. Just nothing was very good.

Its a bed to sleep in. The hotel is on a 4 lane highway next to double railroad tracks. Kamloops is a major train hub so they dont stop. If you're on the backside there's less noise, but feels more shady unfortunately as this part of the hotel is poorly lit.
