Very poor experience. We were assigned a room on the 7th floor despite the elevator being out of order for days. Management should have notified us beforehand so we could book elsewhere, rather than forcing a last-minute decision on us at check-in. On top of that, our key card failed to open the door upon arrival. Instead of enjoying our trip, we spent our time waiting for maintenance, who failed to resolve the issue anyway The only saving grace was the great beachfront view from our room, but it certainly didn't make up for the severe lack of basic service and working amenities
