Sandpaper is my home away from home. I visit at least 4 times per year. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very helpful and polite. I rate them a 10 out of a 10.

Perfect location right outside of Pier Park area so easy to get in and out of Condo! Beach access! Room looked exactly like the pictures! Amazing experience! Will definitely be back!! Everyone down to the other tenants and guest were amazing! Wish I was still there!

I understand it is hard to get all the sand out of a beachside place, but the floors had been vacuumed and still quite dirty. One bed had wet sheets on arrival, the ice available was enough for one cup use at a time, and I couldn't tell if the walls had mildew or mold on the ceiling/walls in certain places. 20 yrs ago spring break I would have thought it is fine for beachside splitting with friends, but I was very happy I was just there for one night. Every staff member was smiling and happy, I truly think the management and maintainance of the place failed.
