"Terrible experience—don't waste your time or money. They double-booked and canceled my reservation without informing me until the day of my arrival. They refused to issue a full refund, and there was a complete lack of communication. No one took accountability, and now, five days later, I'm still trying to obtain the remainder of my refund. Ridiculous!"

Everything was great! The only complaint was that yhe room had a musty smell. It was super clean and nice just stinky. We fabreezed the whole room including the filter to the ac unit and that made it better
