Son derece gürültülüydü.Yanımızdaki odadakiler sanki bizim odada gibi ses vardı.Gece 03:30 da geldiler.05:30 a kadar kahkaha ve çığlık atarak bağıra bağıra konuştular.Tüm gürültü duyuluyor.Ses izolasyonu kötü.Bizzat biz uyarmak zorunda kaldık.Ancak o zaman sükunete erdiler.

Oteli, mimarisini görmek ve deneyimlemek için tercih ettik. Alınan hizmet fiyatı karşılamıyor. Fakat türk modernizminin güzel bir örneği ve keyifli mekanlara sahip. Odalar temiz. Fakat 2019 senesindeyiz ve benzer klasmandaki otellerle karşılaştırınca eksikler var.

The only advantage is the location sea front, otherwise GEM is close, both room and toilet smells, floor is dusty, no iron and tea facility in the room, you have to be careful while booking that your room is in the main building of the hotel and not in the side annex building.

Chk out yapilirken unutulan kahvalti faturasi icin telefonla aradiklatinda mail order formu gonderecegimi soylememe ragmen ardi ardina 2 kere daha arayacagina son 1 yil icinde kac gece konaklama yaptigimiza baki verse 1 kisilik kahvaltinin pesine kosmaya devam edin. Bir dahaki konaklamalarimizda sizde olmayacagini belirtmeknisterim.

Находились в отеле с 29 по 30 июля, в целом нам Отель нравится по большей части из-за района, очень удивило и расстроило то что нам не разрешили прийти на бассейн в закрытом купальнике сказали можно только в открытом( бикини), чем это мотивировано до сих пор непонятно, мы много где были и везде и в дубайских аквапарках и во всех других турецких отелях и аквапарках и даже в российских везде разрешено купаться в закрытых купальниках, может мы не можем находиться под открытым солнцем или по другим причинам не важно, выбор этого отеля отчасти был обусловлен конечно наличием этого бассейна но в следующий раз наверное прийдется поискать другой Отель

Yer konum itibariyle mükemmel ancak otel çok demode kalmış daha ana kapıdan girdiğinizde ruhunuz kararıyor kasvetli hoş olmayan antika bir mobilya kokusu karşılıyor sizi koridor halıları bir berbat anlatamam oda içlerisi aynı şekilde sıkıntılı minibar diye birşey yok boş bir dolap koyulmuş çift kişilik hatta aile odası diye küçücük bir oda düşünülmüş duş alsanız bir tane havlu ile tüm bireyler kurulanacak şekilde havlu koyulmuş basit kağıt yapılı oda terlikleri olur maalesef böyle bir şey de yok ve gelelim son bomboya sizin fiyat tarifenize ilave ücret ödeyerek deniz manzaralı oda verilmesini sağladım bunu da normal karşılayalım ama 600 tl verip de karşılığında bir kahvaltı hizmeti alamamak çok acıydı alt tarafı dört zeytin bir dilim peynir yiyeceğiz onuda extre kişi başı 85 tl yani 170 tl verip kahvaltı yapabileceğimiz söylendiğinde otel seçeneği için hatalı bir rezervasyon yaptığımı anlamış oldum. Saygılarımla iyi çalışmalar

I didn't like TV (, no enough channels), TV was very small, we were 2 guests and we found towels only for 1 person eventhow it was booked a day before and mentioned that we will be 2 guests., fist floor was noisy, noise was coming from main hotel garden,. Breakfast was adequate to hotel location. In general hotel service and room don't match the 5 stars seen in booking. Com. Regards, Benamar Menouer

Resepsiyon bölümü, inanılmaz yardımcı ve nazikti, yemekler muhteşemdi, bu kalitede yemeği mişlen yıldızlı bir restoranda bulabileceğinizi söylesem yalan olmaz. Manzara muhteşem, deniz manzaralı odam son derece sade ve konforluydu. Yeşilköyde konaklanacak en iyi otel olduğunu söyleyebilirim.

Otelin genel durumu resepsiyondaki karşılama hariç gayet iyiydi ancak resepsiyondaki memurdan bize birinci kattan verdiği odanın daha üst katlarda olmasını rica ettiğimizde son derece sert ve kaba bir şekilde mümkün olmadığını Söyledi bu ifade bizi son derece rahatsız etti ,bir gece konaklamanın upgrade edilmesinin veya yerinin değiştirilmesinin çok kolay olduğunu biliyoruz,Bu mümkün değilse bile bunu otel müşterisine daha nazik bir şekilde anlatılabilinir veya ifade edilebilir ancak bu yapılmadı ve son derece rahatsız olduk
