My wife and I were at the Seven Hills Special Class from 8/29/26 through 9/5/26. Oman, Ilan, Orzan Jr and to be honest the entire staff went above and beyond our entire stay. The Seven Hills Rooftop resturant really set the tone. We definitely will stay at the location again. I would certainly recommend Seven Hills.

The best part of our stay was the top notch staff. They were with us every step of the way from when the taxi dropped us off until the taxi picked us up for the airport. Before our stay I communicated via email and they were extremely responsive and helpful. When our flight got delayed they were empathetic and made sure we were as comfortable as could be. Their recommendations for tours through the hotel, restaurants and everything else was excellent. Special shout out to Fatma - the lady who welcomed us to begin with and was with us the entire time making sure everything was perfect. The hotel is also in a great location in Old Town walking distance to tourist sites, restaurants and shops. I cannot speak higher for this hotel and their staff.

Excellent location, comfortable bed and very clean room. AC works great. WiFi is poor. Two light fixtures were not working but I did not mention that to the staff. All in all, an excellent value and we were happy with our choice. The top floor restaurant may or may not be associated with the hotel but the prices are extraordinarily high. Beware. There are better and much cheaper places to eat nearby, some with excellent views as well.

We had an amazing stay at Seven Hills Hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from Istanbul’s most iconic attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations and anything we needed. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the rooftop views were unforgettable, especially during breakfast. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly felt at home. You can't beat the price for this extremely conveniently located hotel, and the service and amenities exceeded my expectations for such an affordable stay. Their rooftop restaurant has the best views in town and for that reason it's mobbed, especially around sunset. But it's absolutely worth it.
