“Absolutely horrendous. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, carpet wet, and staff was aggressive throughout the stay. The room wasn’t ready at check in and only “5-10 minutes” was needed to prepare when we arrived. We suspect the sheets weren’t changed. As we understand it, a NZ member of parliament has been involved with the owner to encourage a clean up of the property. That has not occurred. Best to read all reviews before staying. Or not stay - better.”

“Always clean, fresh. Easy to self-check in for late arrivals. Bed is super comfy. Staff are helpful and kind. Really convenient being on highway to get to conference venue. It is not loud. I stayed 3 times this year and will stay again.”

“The Motel has onsite parking though the security gates are not used at night for whatever reason. So public can walk in whenever they wish too The Motel has undergone recent renovations so rooms are like new Positives: -Staff are polite and flexible with your comings and goings and will work around you. -Location is close to Sylvia Park Shopping Centre and a trip to the city can be from 30 min to 15 min. -Shower pressure will blow the spots off your back and are the shower stall is big enough...

“Dirty, cold, noisy. There is a restaurant on the lower floor and you can smell the food being cooked in the room all day long. The room had the lock forced, it was not secure, the parking lot was tiny and difficult to access.”

“Arrived in a cold room. Heat pump not working properly, no hand soap or shampoo, no dishwashing soap or tea towels, and no milk provided. Never again.”

“I liked the area and convenience of the location to buses, trains, supermarket and one tree hill. The motel is showing it's age and cleaning could be better. Manager wasn't worried about the power cut. Lovely hopeful staff member after the power was back on”

“Room was in excellent condition with all amenities that you would need for a short stay. Great location outside the hustle and bustle of the city.”

“Overall was good. Carpet was a bit sticky in places. Luckily we didn’t stay here in summer, because the air conditioning wasn’t cooling. Rooms got a bit stuffy during the evenings . They should probably get them serviced/fixed before summer.”
