A clean room and great people on staff. A warm welcome and airport pickup. I had issues with the TV but this was sorted quickly and they couldn't do enough. Oakwood is my 'go to' for overnight stays in Auckland both for domestic trips though Auckland and foreign travel. The people make this business. A great team!

Overall the room was clean, staff that worked there were kind to talk too, but we had no hot water for two days stay which was not ideal as we had to take an overseas flight the next day and the porter we had to ask him to help with luggage did not even offer knowing that we were two old ladies. Shocking that this happens in hospitality industry.
