My stay at Megapolis was good overall. I booked two rooms, which felt a bit outdated, and one had an unpleasant mouldy smell. After housekeeping cleaned one room, it was left without towels or water. I requested both from the front desk and a cleaner nearby, but only the towels were brought back; the water was never replenished. Aside from these issues, I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again. Some room updates including better lighting would make the experience even better.

Over all stay was amazing ‼️‼️ very clean areas and very helpful staff . Breakfast had so many varieties and tasted fresh and delicious. I will definitely be returning .
