The hotel is in a great location. It is clean, well maintained and very spacious. I really enjoyed my time in this hotel. I was given a huge room with a huge balcony overlooking the city, I was very happy with it. Overall, this hotel is a 10/10.

Excellent stay and property. Nice big and clean rooms. Excellent restaurant. A mix up with our booking an excursion through the hotel left us finding something else to do, but there's lots of other options.

We traveled with 2 other couples and had a lovely experience at Tropical Suites. Everyone from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff was pleasant and helpful. We ate in the on-site restaurant for several meals and the food was always tasty no matter the selection or time. Our room had a kitchen area and was a good size. They left complimentary champagne as a welcome gift. We travel to Bocas at least once a year if not more. This was our first stay here and we will absolutely be back. The hotel is centrally located steps away from the boat docks, shopping and cute cafes.

What a great spot! The food I ate at the restaurant was the best I had my whole time in Bocas. Fabulous view, great little pool and bar, incredibly friendly staff. Beautiful rooms. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The property was going through a remodel/construction project. The restaurant/bar area was nice. The pool wasn't as big as expected based on the pictures; more than two couples in the pool felt crowded. Outside of that, the room was nice. The view was perfect. The staff was amazing.

Kitchen was sparse. No coffee maker only espresso machine. We enjoyed our stay. Slept great. Papaya restaurant nearby was our favorite. Staff in Merlin restaurant below the hotel was always friendly and greeted us with a wave and smile but never came over to take our order so on three different occasions we got up and went somewhere else. Is there a cultural thing we’re missing here ?
This guy took excellent care of us and made me feel special.

Fantastic stay!

This place was absolutely fantastic, right from the moment of check in with Lacey, the booking of a day tour, the great food the restaurant had, excellent massages and room service. The room was simply great, very comfortable bed and bedding, with a great patio view of the sea.
