“Our stay was disturbed by a worker that was supposed to do wiring of some sort but waited until we left. I don't think any of the work was done when we came back from our day out, as we still had no wifi or working TV in our room.
We also had no cold water and a broken faucet with a bucket under our sink to catch water.
There was also nowhere to hang our clothing and the towel and shampoo situation was horrible for wanting to take a shower.
Communication with staff was horrible. We tried...
