Indian Mound Vacations

The room had a great location and we felt very safe walking to and from our destinations.

Very high customer service especially a shout out to Rachel. We will be back soon.

Great location and a nice room, but service needs improvement We stayed at Noelle in Nashville last weekend. Was the room nice? Yes. Is the location solid? Absolutely. But the guest service needs attention. At 11:23 PM, I received a text saying I needed to come to the lobby because I had supposedly not provided a credit card at check-in for incidentals. Yet I had. I texted them back a copy of the credit card transaction processed upon check-in. First, who texts a guest at 11:23 PM about an administrative issue like this? Second, why wasn’t their own transaction checked before contacting me? It didn’t end there. We had two more interactions with the front desk, the second of which was not necessary. Also, Our travel companions received no housekeeping on two of their four nights and had to go to the front desk, twice, to get the room cleaned!. Sure, A nice room and a good location matter, but so does taking care of your guests. Noelle needs better communication and more consistent service. I wonder if Nashville is past its prime?

Great everything

The rooms were well maintained and really clean. As seen on the photos. The location is in a safe area with cafes around and is more midtown like. Broadway is a 10min drive and the property provides a shuttle up and down on demand during the main hours. There are no bars or restaurants at the property would be the only drawback.
