Loved the rooftop bar and the hidden bar, great staff. Every floor has a nespresso and water station which is a game changer :)

Great location close to convention center, Bridgestone & a short walk to Broadway. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Nice restaurant and rooftop bar.

We loved our stay here. From beginning to end they were friendly, helpful & fun! It’s a great location too!

The room is spacious and like a fully-furnished apartment. It has in-unit washer and dryer and full kitchen equipment. They are transitioning from being fully self-serviced to having on-site staff. The front desk staff is available for most but not all the time, so it may be a little inconvenient if you are looking for a traditional hotel experience. It is right by the state capitol and easy to get to other places. The walk to the major downtown attractions is roughly 10-15 minutes and manageable. The parking is on-site and gated, although extra parking charge will be applied. Overall, it meets my needs, and the price is nicer compared to other similar hotels in Nashville.

The neighborhood is safe and friendly. Food places and shopping places are so close. Perfect for family with little children as well. My kids enjoyed our stay. The room is clean and well maintained. We will definitely book again when we visit Nashville.
