“This is an old pub with all of the character you would expect. The location is great and the staff are excellent. It is not the Ritz - but it is clean and affordable. Can be some ambient noise, but that depends on room and time of night. Breakfast was excellent - poached eggs with smoked salmon. Lots of choices.”

Al llegar me di cuenta que las habitaciones no tienen baños propios, sino que son compartidos y se encuentran cerca de las habitaciones en el mismo pasillo. No habia leido esa parte en el itinerario, al ver las fotos en las cuales una habitación salia con baño propio. El suelo es de madera por lo que el ruido de los pasos se aprecia mas en el pasillo, pero no hay suficiente actididad como para generar malestar. El personal ha...

“Our stay regrettably wasn’t good given the faulty fire alarm going off at 6.45am and slow management reaction to resolve. What should have been a relaxing overnight stay wasn’t as a result. No real apology or refund for that matter offered! Everything else was okay but not the level of other reviews we expected.”

“Our stay was so peaceful and relaxing parking was right next to our lodge and fishing pitches. Well stocked pool with beautiful carp and other fish the balcony on the the lake was absolutely amazing especially at night with lights pointing in to the lake and if you're anything like me and my partner then I recommend getting the fish food from reception for night time feeding of the fish off your balcony, wow just wow 😍 amazing stay amazing staff and cant wait to come back again xxx”
