It lacks some touches, and most amenities need refurbishing/replacing. “When we entered the apartment it was so cold and took all night for the heat to warm up. It was not a pleasent first impression. “Location of property was great but! Stairway was dirty. The unit at first appeared OK but definitely wasn’t a cottage as stated in description. Inside closet in one bedroom was not clean and was not usable. Dishwasher was full of dishes. Bathroom sink drained very slowly must be clogged. Toilet seat was extremely loose, shower mat for tub to prevent it from being slippery was filthy! Full of mold!
