“We stayed at this hotel unexpectedly and were pleasantly surprised. Checking in was lovely and staff took extra time to give us information about Hanoi and local sights/customs. We had booked a room with a window but it was impossible to see outside due to frosted glass and was too high even if it was not frosted.
Breakfast was amazing! There was a combo of à la carte and buffet items included. Coffee was a European style machine so no nasty drip hotel coffee.

“The hotel is right in the centre of the Old Quarter and, despite the noise of the streets, it is very quiet. The swimming pool is smaller than it appears in the photos, but it is a nice alternative in a hot rainy day. The staff are extremely kind, friendly, professional and helpful. Mrs. Hannah and Ms Ivy are really wonderful! Breakfast varies everyday, which is quite unusual in a 4-5 stars hotel and all dishes are top quality and pretty delicious. I recommend it vividly!!”
