“We had a great stay at The School House. The room was very comfortable and Helen was very helpful in providing a delicious breakfast so we could leave promptly to see the Manchester Marathon. There is a pleasant walk nearby (recommended by Helen) and we had a great meal at The Fox - just a short walk away. ”

We're told at reception that the room was up 2 flight of stairs but it would be worth it, Walking into room 12 our breath was taken away, it was definitely worth the climb. “Getting into car park when coming from town centre could be better signposted. Room was fine, minor lighting issues, having a fan was good as very muggy.”

“We’re visiting from Canada. We enjoyed staying at the Inn. The room was a little warm at night because of the warm weather. It was really easy to take a bus to the Chester Bus Station and walk a few minutes to the Chester train station to go to Liverpool for the day. The staff and everyone we met were so friendly.”
