“Booking is made on Expedia, but the you complete the registration on another site. Shower is built into a very small closet. Toilet is on the other side - in another closet. You have to straddle the toilet to use a hand basin that barely fits my hands and it's not possible to wash your face in it without splashing water all over the floor. Entrance way through to the room is in shockingly poor condition. Not the welcome one would hope to see. I would not recommend this room.”

“Received an email around 3 hours before we were due to check in the booking had been cancelled. We were en-route. Called the number on the email (which was a third party - not Hotels.com). Advised the booking had been cancelled due to 'maintenance' and to contact Hotels.com directly make an alternative booking. Attempted to contact Hotels.com but could not get to speak to a human being to make an alternative booking. We were left high and dry!”

“If I could rate this place a 0 I would . Took a chance on a place with no reviews and quickly found out why . On arrival stains on the bed and towels . Chewed up chewing gum on the side of the bed . Unclean kitchen . And cheap appliances . When I complained no response . I booked for a 3 night stay . “We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. Many hotels coming back up...
