“Very nice room. Clean and thoughtful to have cold filtered water 8n the fridge. All correspondence re the room was done by message through Expedia. Did not meet or speak to anyone at the motel.”

“Everything was good. Clean room kitchen bed room and bed was nice and clean. Parking just in front of the door. Took good.”

“Confortable and clean place close to Lake Tekapo. Reasonably priced.”

“Beautiful very spacious very large living and bedrooms. We slept like a baby and it was a self sufficient stay with a proper kitchen, milk stocked, coffee etc. etc. The TV were a bit outdated as they weren't connected to the Internet which could have been better but overall, fantastic property and a great overnight stayer if you are heading to Christchurch to catch a plane or have arrived in the evening at Christchurch and are heading to an alpine retreat”

“Nice and clean and friendly staff at check in .”

“Beautiful garden”

“Clean, lovely room, parking available, such friendly staff and pet friendly”

“Room is clean but really need to have an upgrade plus washrooms are to share with everyone ”

“I made a mistake with the booking date, and the host was great at helping me change it. Good location if visiting family in Temuka. Rooms are a bit cold (not unusual for NZ buildings - poor insulation is the norm for older buildings in NZ). The motel provides heaters in each room, which helped. Across the street from Night & Day dairy, good for snacks and supplies. A good option in the small town of Temuka if you dont want to trek from Timaru or Geraldine.”

“The property was exceptional. Our room was lovely, clean, and well-appointed. Every aspect of the renovation was clearly well planned and thoughtfully executed. It was wonderful to have ample parking right out front. We only wish we could have stayed longer. After so many generic hotels on the South Island, it was a lovely treat to find this cozy gem. We hope to return—it’s a wonderful addition to this charming town.”

“The room are so clean and the owner is so nice”

“Lindo lugar muy amplio con una excelente atención por parte de la persona que estaba en recepción. Todo el lugar me pareció muy grande y con dos televisores con sala, cocina y hasta una terraza coqueta. Estacionamiento gratuito. ”

“location good, water not good luke warm hot water , hand wash not enough.”

“Well above expectations. Great to have 2 separate bedrooms. Very spacious unit. Highly recommend.”

“Llegué al sitio y solicité más habitaciones y la encargada me dijo que no tenía ella y que tampoco había en todo el poblado y me lo dijo dos veces de una forma un poco molesta. Lo curioso es que si conseguí habitaciones que necesitaba. Y algo que no me pareció nada es que me cobró una persona extra en una habitación que había reservado para una y pagué por una segunda persona y en las otras habitaciones que coloqué que eran dos personas se pagó lo mismo. Creo que estaba de mal humor y eso aleja...

“Good place to stay”
