“Curtains needed a clean, some dubious marks on them. Bathroom in room 1 is accessible but the shower pan isn't deep enough and floor was swimming. A few little bits of decor need looking at and the door to bathroom don't stay closed unless you lock it The fan in the room was very noisy and also wobbly”

“Room was spotless, quiet and perfectly positioned. We stayed in the Jill pod. All the Staff couldn’t do enough and the on site restaurant is a visual marvel. Breakfast was beautiful.”

“We had a lovely break here. Just a shame the hotel couldnt arrange a connecting room for our young children who we did not want leave on their own so ended up only room having paid for 2. The hotel receptionist blamed Expedia. I did message the hotel a week in advance. Beds were comfortable. BE AWARE a charge for swimming is made for each person (£10 adult and £5 for children) who has not booked direct the hotel. Would we book again? Probably not. Staff were friendly. “el hotel es muy grande y anda mucha gente, pero es muy cómodo. cama tremendamente cómoda. Habitación amplia. SPA bueno para una desconexión al final del día. Desayuno muy bueno. la única pega que a eso de la 1 de la mañana empezó a sonar un ventilador/compresor en el baño que daba una conexión central. por lo demás, como para repetir.”
