Old carbon monoxide alarm are a problem with alarm going off at 2am aparently this is due to 2011 old wiring its a fault staff know about and pass off lightly as oh it maybe dust. we turned off air con as a precaution not great for the price paid. Restaurant staff were lovely as was the food overall nice stay that could of been great but hotel is showing its age and is in need of refurn in places

The staff were fantastic, polite, friendly and helpful, which the made it a brilliant stay. Dinner was good and very family friendly with food options for the kids. Breakfast was the only let-down, scrambled eggs were cold and tasted awful, not much choice of fruit.

This is our third stay at the hotel, and we always find it enjoyable and great value. Our only criticism this time would be that they were quite slow to replenish the breakfast buffet, despite us having breakfast during one of the earlier, quieter slots. All staff were friendly and helpful and clearly working hard, but our experience at the Drayton Manor theme park later that day led us to suspect there may be a resort wide issue with staffing levels, which is a shame because that was the only thing that prevented our stay being rated five stars.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Check-in was very smooth and easy, which made us feel welcome straight away, The hotel was great for families with children. They organised evening activities for kids, and my three children absolutely loved them. It made our stay even more enjoyable. I would especially like to thank a gentleman at the reception desk who was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to assist us whenever we needed anything, and his outstanding customer service made a real difference to our experience. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so pleasant. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other families. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Clean, tidy room with ac. Extremely helpful staff as we needed to leave at 6.15am and breakfast started at 7am, they put the tea and coffee machine on and put the toaster on and got things ready for a continental breakfast, all for 5.30am with no hesitation. Great family friendly place.

So glad we booked this hotel as a treat for my grandchildren. Plenty of parking right outside the hotel. Staff were welcoming and check in was very quick. Rooms were a good size we were a family of 6 across 2 rooms and there was more than enough space for the 3 toddlers to play. Rooms were clean and bright. The play park could do with a little update but as it was only for half an hour while we waited for drinks the children enjoyed it. Children’s entertainment on a night is a lovely idea couple of hours dancing and games before bed wore them out. Free crazy golf kept my teen entertained too. The only complaint I had was we ordered drinks and it took over 20 mins to arrive but other than that it was a lovely child friendly hotel
