The staff are very helpful and pleasant and the room was clean, my only criticisms are that there were two of us staying in the room but only one bottle of water and the pool at the spa was colder than other hotel pools I'd stayed at prevoiusly, other than that i would recommend this hotel to other and would definitely stay here again.

Quite a large hotel with restaurant and pub attached, as well as a spa. Rooms were a little old fashioned and could do with an upgrade. Breakfast was plentiful. Pub food was good quality. More staff needed for busier times. Shout out to Theresa who went over and above to help us.

Superior double room was fabulous, hotel was spotless. Spa facilities were great. Food in Hathaways was great too. Only negative and this isnt anything to do with hotel, just a personal gripe, there wasnt any beers that i particularly enjoy availabe on draughts. Other than that cant complain amd would go nack again.

The bed and pillows weren’t very comfy and we could hear the entertainment while trying to get to sleep. The carpet was a bit dirty and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest either. The food and room service was generally great but pizza was burnt on the underside and tasted charred. The WiFi was great and staff were friendly and helpful. The stay wasn’t terrible but probably wouldn’t stay here again.
