“Very well laid out property with plenty of room for the whole family as well as a spacious walk in wardrobe, study/work area, a lovely ensuite room as well as a family bathroom and extremely comfortable beds. The complimentary contents in the fridge and on the kitchen top also went down well. Highly recommended.”

“Great location, very clean and comfortable however the apartment requires some maintenance. The tiles in the bathroom are broken so the door would not close. The upholstery on all dining room chairs was damaged, the only fan in the apartment was broken, there was only 1 curtain in the bedroom, the drain cover on the bath was broken, the door covering the washing machine was loose and the apartment specific wifi was not working. I reported the door, fan and wifi but received no response.”

“Handy location approximately 900m from Windsor castle, able to leave car parked and walk. Large apartment with 3 great sized bedrooms. We only had data access on our phones so only way of contacting was through email. No reply from owner when we had questions in regards to use of television. No aircon so very hot when weather warms up. Be aware this is a third floor apartment only accessible by stairs.”

“This property would get 3 stars if it were advertised accurately. We expected a luxury 2-bed, 2-bath flat with onsite parking and super-fast Wi-Fi for remote work. Instead, we got an average apartment with terrible Wi-Fi and no parking.Management was a mixed bag. The person was helpful on Friday, using WhatsApp (since their phone lines were down) to resolve check-in issues after our long drive so we didn't have to go home. However, felt the reservations team dismissed us after that first day.We...
