“The hotel is a business stay with all the required installations in a nice enivroment. The lobby seems to be always crowded and this makes the service in this area lacking personality. The rooms are very nice, however a bit small for this category of hotel. It is very well located for tourism purposes close to major shopping areas and the western lake.”

Dal general manager ,Sig Gianni Costa alle receptionist Mariah, Rebecca, Maggie e tutto lo staff, compreso il personale dei ristoranti. Questo è importante almeno quanto i letti comodissimi, le stanze confortevoli e le parti comuni bellissime. Tutto trasuda lusso discreto ed eleganza. Atmosfera magica. Esperienza che ricorderemo. “This is a new and well-maintained hotel. It is next to the Hangzhou airport and 2 min walk from T4. Everything is great. Room is nice, new and very clean. I have stayed here for more than 4 times.”
