“Certainly not the best place to stay , some serious renovations needed , damp patches, server damp around windows,broken glass on window in bathroom .radiators need a good clean extreme build up of dust .also doors and behind toilet were filthy. Shower took forever to drain and black mould in shower. The room needs a realy good overall and not just a coat of bad paint job which it looks like they do. “The room and towels had a terrible smell. Spider webs everywhere and the bed was broken on one side. No blackout curtains. Close to good restaurants and helpful guidebook in the room. Nice teas”

“Great stay. A little hot, but it’s not the hosts fault. The fan was helpful and after about 11 PM it became a very pleasant sleep. I loved the contactless entry. The host emailed me all the details several days in advance which was nice and all I needed to access the room was a code. The room itself is very nice. The bathroom is the highlight. “It has the sleeping in your mom's basement vibe. Location is excellent with stores, restaurants, pubs and University energy. Easy and safe walk to train stations and bus stops. Easy for ride shares to locate you. Staff is offsite but very responsive; they fixed issues within a day. I think they were the most attentive of any of my UK stays.
