“It was our first trip to Cornwall and we stayed at this hotel for 9 nights. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and gave useful tips for our trip, such as taking the train from St Erth to get to St Ives (i.e. don't drive!). We booked this hotel as we wanted to have access to a pool with our young children and the facilities were great, and also included a hot tub. Breakfast was always great and the staff were friendly and attentive, and there are options to cater for coeliacs like myself....

“This is a gem. We are high end travellers and this is probably the best service we have ever experienced. The staff were very attentive and obviously take great pride in their work and the property. The food quality was excellent and consequently we ate there most nights.”

“Parking is limited and not ideal. Hotel was very clean and rooms a good size. Breakfast was a bit chaotic with long waits for some items on some mornings. Staff were generally helpful but could not explain my check-out bill which contained items with confusing descriptions. i e drinks appearing as "lunch", etc. Hotel was in a good location, near beach and town center. Food was good and well presented.”
