“Good location and easy access.
The room was clean, and the bathroom and other facilities were in good condition.
The only disappointment was that there was no housekeeping during the stay. The purpose of staying at a hotel or motel is not only having a place to sleep, but also receiving services such as making the bed, emptying the rubbish bins, changing towels, and keeping everything in order. Unfortunately, more and more hotels are no longer providing these services.”

“The motel has been very nicely renovated. Rooms were excellent with many great improvements. Shops just up the road with amazing take away food selections and a small supermarket. Very handy. Parking is excellent.

“Stayed 3 nights in a one bedroom serviced apartment, with free wi-fi and smart tvs. It was clean, if a bit tired - the main carpet needed shampooing. The location was convenient, with free secure parking and a light rail stop nearby. Staff were friendly and responsive. Amenities were functional, with a gymnasium, outdoor pool and coin operated laundry.
The Atrium restaurant and bar provided a relaxing space for drinks, snacks or a meal. I would have preferred to be able to order individual...

“We were originally assigned a ridge cabin which was completely unsatisfactory.
After submitting a review we were offered an alternative cabin which was much larger and newer.
Whilst the cabin had two bedrooms and the facilities better, the same problems rose their heads.
As a seasoned traveller I expect certain items within my accommodation:
Shower gel/ body wash
Shampoo
Plugs for sinks
Good sized towels that dry you adequately
Washing up liquid
Unfortunately even in the updated cabin we had no...

“Everything was fine and as expected. We have stayed at the Adina apartments before and would certainly look to do it again if ever we were back in Canberra.
The staff were excellent and couldn't be faulted.
Our only issue and it is a completely personal one was how soft the bed was and the use of loose fitting as opposed to fitted sheets. This we found a little difficult to get use to but apart from that we could not fault the facility or its staff. We would and have certainly recommended...
