Overall, very nice only slight downside is that you cannot get to the parking on L3 directly from the hotel despite there being a button, but it is reserved for staff only? But the room was a generous size and well laid out and very nice inside. So overall a pretty decent hotel.

New building with very friendly and efficient staff. Bed didn't agree with me ( too soft and no anti-partner distrubance, very wobbly) and the bathrooms could have been cleaner. No windows open, so reliant on airconditioning for overnight air.

I stayed a week at the Adobe Belconnen for business travel, and it was good in all areas except for the bed. It was way too soft. I'm not sure if it was meant to be like that or it was old. After the second night I asked to change rooms, but the staff said that they would change the mattress. I was then disappointed to find the second mattress was no better. Apart from that the Hotel was good.
