Hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, especially for our family travelling with a 3-year-old. Our only negative experience was with the parking support. The parking facility itself was very good and convenient, but unfortunately, the Meriton parking support staff we dealt with came across as arrogant and lacked basic customer service. This was disappointing and did not reflect the otherwise excellent service we received from the hotel staff. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would still recommend the hotel, particularly for families.
