Very convenient for a staycation after a night at the theatre. We had a corner room so lots of windows and could just hear the early morning construction work out on the street which was unfortunate. But otherwise very well equipped.

Really only 3.5 stars, but good value, excellent location if you don't need parking. Great views from upper floors. Friendly, helpful staff. Well equipped, comfortable room except no easy chair or desk as such. Also lighting was too bright over bed and too dark for kitchenette. Onsite cafe was pretty basic.

The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were quite comfortable. However, the sink in the bathroom was the smallest we’ve ever encountered in any hotel, making it very inconvenient to use. During our stay, there was a fire alarm, and all guests had to quickly evacuate downstairs. What felt unusual, though, was the absence of any staff at reception or around the property during the emergency. Overall, we were satisfied with our one-night stay, but we’d likely choose somewhere else for a longer visit

Hotel was clean, very close to the shopping centre, the biggest letdown for this hotel was the lack of car parking, the car park was close to 0.5 kms away which is not acceptable carrying luggage from car to apartment and back, I ended staying at another car park 170 metres away and paid full price for the park
