Staff was very unfriendly especially pool (where you pick up towels ) aside from being late no apologies or a good morning said. In the main cafeteria people are also unfriendly. Overall very dissatisfied with staff!!!

The pools so amazing. So pretty at night. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating to my special diet requests. The rooms were really nice and quiet. The beds were firm and comfortable.

Exceeded all my expectations! The Altitude room with the beach front swim out pool is a must! It felt like I was in my own little private apartment in Cabo! Will definitely be back!
