We absolutely loved our stay here! What stood out the most was how attentive and welcoming the staff were. The hotel had a very intimate, boutique feel, and it truly felt like everyone was there to make sure we had everything we needed. We especially loved having breakfast delivered to our room every morning. Ordering was quick and easy, and it was such a nice way to start the day without having to leave our bungalow. The pool was beautiful, especially with the incredible sunset views. The beach club was also a highlight, they offered drinks and food, and we had our own designated section of the beach, which made the experience feel very relaxing and private. Our bungalow was so cute and cozy and had everything we needed, especially the AC, which was definitely appreciated! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, intimate getaway with great service. 10/10 would recommend

What a beautiful and relaxing resort! The rooms were simple yet well appointed. The ac was going the whole time since it was in the 90s during our visit. It was pretty quiet and worked very well. We loved hanging out on the patio and swinging on the comfortable hammock. The pool was perfect temperature. The beach was nice too. It was just too hot to spend much time there. Transport to town was easy and quick with our driver. The hotel helps arrange that. WhatsApp is the best way to communicate with everyone. Even to order room service. It was a great 5 days. Leaving feeling very relaxed. Thank you Orchid Hotel staff. You were all amazing.

Orchid House is a beautiful property with an infinity pool overlooking the sea and a peaceful atmosphere. Our room was comfortable, with soft but supportive foam beds, excellent shower pressure, and powerful air conditioning that kept us cool throughout the August heat. Our garden room had two glass walls, one facing the garden and the other looking past the parking lot toward the sea. The staff were warm and friendly, but the service was far too inattentive for a boutique hotel at this price. Honestly, you could expire quietly on a poolside lounger and not be discovered until nightfall. By our fifth morning, breakfast service felt like neglect. We were repeatedly served yogurt and coffee without spoons, and often waited 15 to 20 minutes for anyone to check on us or take our order while staff gathered at the bar. The food was beautifully presented but generally looked better than it tasted. Most dishes needed more salt, seasoning, and acidity. The drinks were fine. I recommend eating elsewhere. Two nearby favorites were Seaside Restaurant and Quemadero. For most of our stay, the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. On Friday, however, outside visitors with day passes took over the pool and shaded loungers, disrupting the calm atmosphere hotel guests had paid to enjoy. Overall, Orchid House is a comfortable property with real potential. More attentive service, better seasoned food, and reasonable limits on day visitors could make it an exceptional boutique hotel.

Everything about our recent stay here was wonderful. The views, the hospitality, the continental breakfast !YUM! We can’t wait to go back, seriously having withdrawals and we just got back home. We stayed five days, the best! Being able to wake up and walk straight to the beach was lovely.
Beach access is just a few steps away.
Continental breakfast included.
You can even use their kayak for free, just ask!

Beautiful location and overall property. Very friendly and helpful staff. A few issues with booking outside travel and rides. Shower head and bathroom electrical outlets were an issue but overall a beautiful stay.
