Do not stay here pictures not as shown. AGAIN DO NOT STAY HERE BAIT AND SWITCH NOT AS ADVERTISE. And Expedia nor the hotel will compensate.

Excellent property, one of the best I’ve been to so far. Beautiful, great pool, attentive personnel, the house has everything you need. Would be great to include some amenities such as golf tour or something else, but great experience

The resort was very nice. The ambiance was great. All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The swim up bar was great the while crew were very attentive. Kids had a lot of activities my grandkids really enjoyed it. The food was great at buffet and restaurants. It was 14 of us the whole family had a great time. Thanks

Una cualidad del establecimiento es su cercanía con el aeropuerto Las Américas. Pero también es una desgracia que esté tan cerca de la ciudad capital. El Santo Domingo Bay, es el mismo Hotel Hamaca con algunas remodelaciones, por cierto muy mal terminadas. Los pozos sanitarios están situados en el piso CERO, y cuando salimos de la habitación que nos tocó, el mal olor no se soporta. Incluso el elevador que lleva al bufet está inundado de ese olor terrible. Nuestra experiencia fue terrible. Espero en el futuro no volver a vivirla. Y punto!.
