Misunderstood at check in about car rental and unable to reverse 35.00 a night fee in full. Even showing receipt from rental drop off… Rooms are small .. but okay for cruise port proximity.. Als good thing had bus for transport to cruise port

The property is beautiful and comfortable. Convenient location to walk to restaurants and bars nearby. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Couple of notes, when we left the elevators weren’t working and there was no sign or notification letting us know so we waited for quite some time. Then had to walk down 5 flights of stairs with our baggage.

Charming old building, decorated tastefully. Just not as clean as everything appeared in the photos. The carpet in our room was very old and dirty. For the price, I was expecting spotless and well maintained, but it was far from it.
