Check in was the only bad part. The desk clerk at 11 pm was sleeping in the back office. Waited for almost 20 mins before I had to call the hotel, then he comes out of the back room to answer the phone with pillow marks on his face, and one side of hair standing up. The rest of the stay was great. Breakfast was full set up.
