The staff on reception were excellent and special mention to Scarlet, Chloe and Josh for their help and kindness. Scarlet was particularly helpful in sorting out an alternative room for me as I wasn’t keen having a room with an adjoining door to the next room (even though it was locked!) Also special thanks to Jack (who managed the spa) and was very keen to try...

“I have to say that the hotel met absolutely my expectations. The room was comfortable, nice and clean. Furthermore the hotel staff was really nice and friendly. The only negative aspect was the cleaning of the toilet once we were staying in the room. For instance, in 4 nights we had the same towels although, I imagine that they would have solved the problem inmediately if I had notified it. In general, everything was quite good. I strongly recommend it.”
