Vacations Close To Golden Cap

The properly was in a nice location. It had air conditioning in the terrible heat wave. The staff was lovely and always helpful. The rooms were clean.

I loved the Hotel Riu London Westminister. The hotel was clean, secure, and provided a nice breakfast in the morning. The hotel was situated about 10-15 minutes walking distance from the london subway station. It was within walking distance to Big Ben, Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and other tourist sites. The hotel made Uber access very easy for its guests. The staff was very helpful and responded to requests very quickly. However, I wish the hotel had a restaurant that provided dinner service. The closest restaurants were within 10 minutes walking distance. After a long day of touring, it was tiring to have to walk 10-15 minutes to locate a place to have dinner. Despite this, I would choose to stay at the Hotel Riu London Westminister when I returm to London.

Excellent hotel in perfect location for what I wanted and top class breakfast too. Recommended.

Great property and staff Tub difficult

The air conditioning was ice cold which was welcome with the heatwave happening in the UK. The staff were attentive and friendly. Will definitely stay next time we are in London.

Having stayed at another Bob W nearby in the past, I did feel this one was not quite as amazing. The room was compact but not especially well laid out - no outlet near a mirror for example. But we were awoken by a false fire alarm at 4:45am - not the property’s fault but after a late night, it impacted my experience negatively so perhaps I am not able to give a completely fair review.
