The Stafford was and remains a wonderful hotel. I’ve stayed here over 30 years. The hotel retains its charm and all of the upgrades performed over time have been tastefully accomplished.

SCAMMED we felt totally scammed. If your thinking of Booking this place Please read all the poor reviews in relation to this property, they are all accurate. Its NOT A HOTEL, Its a house in what looks like council estate. Its a 4 bedroom house that this man let's out with a several Booking platforms with a listing that is totally inaccurate. Like many have said, pool and gym pictures do not exist at the property, they are in a leisure centre down the road. We booked a family room that was advertised as 1 king bed 1 double bed 1 single bed private bathroom for 4 nights in a Non smoking "hotel" ,booked over a month ago. Got message day before arrival saying we needed to pay extra to make it private bathroom with 3 rooms. Told we need to book 2 more rooms, we stayed 1 night. Smoke in 2 rooms unbearable if you have asthma, banging constantly through night from neighbours, it was an extremely hot few days so windows had to be left open. 1 fan available, was useless, curfew in rules not told about had to be back in house by 11pm , cant shower or make noise between 11 and 6am. If we had of know all this in the online booking we would not have booked at all. We had to go to 2 family events that would have both have been after 2am arrival back. Totally ridiculous, we left after 1 night , didn't feel safe or secure and walking on eggshells as a previous guest has said in reviews. So we booked elsewhere, this listing needs to be taken down by Hotels com. Totally misleading

We stayed at Rosewood London for three nights in two rooms. The hotel is lovely: comfortable rooms, excellent beds and towels, good showers, quiet air-conditioning and a delicious breakfast. The concierge and bell staff were excellent, and Scarfes Bar and the hotel’s pies were highlights. Unfortunately, some basics fell short. After a delayed journey from Bath, one room was ready at 3 pm, but the second was not available until after 5. More surprisingly, there was nothing in the rooms beyond bottled water—no fruit, flowers, chocolates or even a small snack. These may seem minor, but attention to detail is part of what I associate with Rosewood. Our room had a connecting door to the neighboring room, through which we could hear children shouting and screaming for several hours. Fortunately, things quietened down by dinner. Checkout was also disappointing. We requested 1 pm checkout because we were visiting the Tate before the airport, but were initially told this was impossible, even for one room. Only after pointing out that our second room had not been available until after 5 pm were they willing to extend one room by an hour. There was also a billing problem at Scarfes Bar: my wife and a friend were grossly overcharged for a pie and a couple of drinks, apparently because another guest’s charges were confused with ours. Rosewood London is a very good hotel, but something just seemed off during our family’s stay. Too many small things simply didn’t work as they should.

It was everything we hoped for! Top quality venue with awesome staff.
