“The property was immaculate, clean and fresh. Check in was a breeze and the staff were all very nice. Location was perfect, just across the road from the tram, beach and shops close by. There was milk in the fridge as well as coffee and tea, Body wash, shampoo & conditioner was in the bathroom as well. It was very quiet at night when we slept as well. We really enjoyed all the property had to offer and will definitely book here when we return.”

“Mi familia y yo nos alojamos 6 noches en este hotel. A un costo de AU 800 por noche (sin desayuno), el hotel no está a la altura del precio que cobra. Personal no se esfuerza por brindar un servicio de excelencia. A pesar de pagar el desayuno por separado, aún cobran aparte el capuchino sin avisarte en forma previa. Cargan depósitos en garantía por los adaptadores de corriente en la habitación que no habían y el servicio de limpieza de la habitación era descuidado. No vale lo que cuesta este...

“Great Stay!”

“Booked a year in advance for ocean view room. Got one on 3rd floor, was right beside air handling unit on 2nd floor. Noise was horrendous, had a low ocean view, but noise made sitting on deck impossible. Bathroom sink drain clogged, would fill up quickly and drain 15 mins later. AC would not go colder than 22.5 C. Would not of been as much of issue if could of opened patio doors for breeze, too loud. All in all not a great experience”

“The kindness, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff were amazing-Julia (assisting with restaurant) was wonderful as were the staff at Reception. Breakfast was outstanding. The common toilets at Reception needed to be regularly cleaned though-strong smell. Noticed when I arrived and was waiting for my room-not a good first impression”

“Excellent location and very neat and clean. Great views minimalistic decor but well presented. Short walk to Caville Ave and Tran stop. Pool was great indoor and outdoor although in separate building was easy to get to. Highly recommend for singles or families with lots of room options. Supermarkets just outside entrance. Check in a little clunky, so you need to read and understand instuctions. Otherwise 10 out of 10.”
