Only thing that I can fault was no exhaust fan in bathroom, otherwise excellent , very friendly accomodating staff and a very enjoyable stay, excellent location and only a 2 minute walk to tram stop that took us to connecting airport bus , thank you for making our trip more enjoyable and hassle free

We had 2 rooms between all our family. One room was acceptable in terms of cleanliness. The other room had water damage in the ceiling and black mould all over the cupboard and roof. The only other room was right next door to a rooftop high club so the family had a very noisy stay, having to sleep on trundler beds in a small room before being moved to the noisy room. Also there is no pool. Google images when you search the hotel show a pool. Buffet breakfast was good and location is great!
