A welcome pack of wine and tasty cookies are left for you to enjoy, the cottage has a fitted kitchen with all amenities. The towels are thick and fluffy too. “Well this booking was made on the whole purpose of having a relaxing weekend after running 350km for charity over the past few months. So we booked here for the hot tub and the relevant ease of running a Park Run on the Saturday. After running this Park Run we returned back to the accommodation for our day of in and out of the hot tub. Although this turned out to be turned off so we had an ice bath, not advertised on the website. We then were told that we would get a nights refund for this...

“Very spacious well equipped cottage situated just off the main street of Barnard Castle right by the parish church. We were able to check in early, which was a big help, and when we arrived we delighted to see how spotlessly clean it was. The beds and furnishing were comfortable and would have no hesitation in reccommending the cottage to our friends and family”
