“As I find stairs difficult with luggage, and no lift, staff were helpful and changed my room from 1st floor to ground. Staff were pleasant but bar service could be improved. The waiter was covering the kitchen and bar. He walked past me twice, while I stood at the bar, but I still had to open the door to the kitchen, and call, I had to ask for ice and lemon, but didn't get the lemon, it didn't seem available. Just small things really but could be improved. ”

“Absolutely fabulous place. Staff go out of their way to be helpful. The building is fantastic. The restaurant food is of highest quality. The only criticism I would have is that the breakfast menu is extremely limited. Overall well worth a visit.”

“Lovely location and a real charachter property. The whole place was nice and clean and had all the facilities you could need. Great selection available for the continental breakfast and all presented nicely. Great comeunication from the host prior to arrival and the whole experience was very welcoming.”
